The Grace Point Community Care Center is a once-monthly opportunity for families in the area to receive a bag of food and clothing.  It is a place that families who might be facing hard times due to loss of job or illness to be given a hand-up. Each month the Care Center is open from 5pm-7pm on the 3rd Tuesday.
